You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to start a return

1. Email support@dreamology.store within 30 days of receiving your order, and include your order number.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions and our return address.

Return conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll refund your original payment method.
